Phone Calls by Customers are still a huge problem in the modern world: The repetitive calls are exhausting for the employees and customers are tired to answer to another brainless IVR-System. But the problem is not only limited to large enterprises but also to SME’s.The goal of our startup VITAS.ai is to solve these problems by developing intelligent voice assistants, which autonomously understand and reply to recurrent telephone calls. Based on current Deep Learning technologies, the system is able to talk with customers just like a human employee. Automating this task with our product VITAS means more revenue and profit for SMEs and enterprises.
